Shipping policy

Every Rework Creative piece is handmade, and many are made to order, so please allow time for your piece to be created and finished before it ships. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Where I ship: Currently within the United States only.

Free shipping: U.S. orders of $75 or more ship free. Orders under $75 are charged USPS rates (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail), calculated at checkout.

Delivery: Once shipped, delivery time depends on the USPS service selected. Tracking is provided with every order.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I'm not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, email reworkcreative@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I'll make it right with a repair or replacement.
