Refund policy

All sales are final. Every Rework Creative piece is handmade, and most are made to order, so I'm unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged or incorrect items: If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email reworkcreative@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I'll make it right with a repair or replacement.

Shipping address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I'm not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Natural patina: Copper and brass naturally patina over time. This is part of their beauty, not a defect. Store pieces dry and away from lotions and water, and polish gently with a jewelry cloth to restore their shine.
