Free U.S. shipping on every order. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.
I currently ship within the United States only.
When your piece ships:
- Ready-to-ship pieces: ship within 3 to 5 days.
- Made-to-order pieces: ship within 7 to 14 days.
- Custom pieces: take 3 to 4 weeks to create, and ship once they're finished.
Every piece is handmade in small batches, so thank you for your patience while yours is made with care. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Digital products like the free guide and the book arrive by email right after checkout. Nothing is shipped.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. Every Rework Creative piece is handmade, and most are made to order, so I'm unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Damaged or incorrect items: if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email reworkcreative@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I'll make it right with a repair or replacement.
Shipping address: please double-check your address at checkout. I'm not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Caring for your piece
Copper and brass naturally patina over time. This is part of their beauty, not a defect. Store pieces dry and away from lotions and water, and polish gently with a jewelry cloth to restore their shine.
